Craft

What happens
inside the workshop.

We are professionals, not an ultra-luxury showroom: we’d rather go with the truth than inflate a promise. We work with closed specifications —what enters your kitchen according to the approved project and level— serious suppliers, and workshop control: measure, check on arrival, and test the assembly when needed. That’s where craft and years of teamwork show: the same criteria in workshop as on site.

  • · Boards and fronts to spec: arrival inspection at the workshop before any cutting.
  • · Hardware and mechanisms agreed in design, tested in cabinet at the workshop —not just on the drawing.
  • · Lacquers and finishes with controlled workshop process when the chosen finish requires it.
  • · Stones and counters: when included, selection and adjustments are checked in workshop before site.
  • · Warm lighting (2700K–3000K) per design, with clean install and uniform reading throughout the space.

FAQ

What clients
ask us most.

  • How much does an Ookora kitchen cost?+

It depends on the size, line, and level. As a reference: a linear Essential kitchen typically starts at USD 8,500; a mid-range Plus project is around USD 16,000–22,000; a complete Signature with island starts at USD 28,000. The detailed proposal arrives after on-site measurement.

  • How long does fabrication take?+

Typical workshop fabrication time is 4 weeks. On-site installation is performed in up to 3 days with our own team. Very complex projects or Tech Pack additions may extend the timeline slightly.

  • Do you work outside Panama?+

Yes. We operate across the region: Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Miami. Projects outside the country require a minimum investment and are coordinated from our base in Panama.

  • Can I change materials within a line?+

Yes, within the authorized palette of each line. The idea is not to dilute the character but to adjust the model to your home. Changes outside the palette require approval from the lead designer.

  • What does the warranty include?+

Two-year structural warranty on cabinetry and hardware. Manufacturer warranty on appliances (typically 2–5 years). In-house technical service throughout the kitchen’s life.

  • What if I want to expand the kitchen in five years?+

Every Ookora is designed with a project manual. Measurements, materials, and hardware are documented. When the time comes to expand, we replicate without visible differences.
